Damage or Shortage
Both private customers and corporate customers need to thoroughly check the delivered goods for any defects on the day of delivery.
Notification of damage or shortages must be made to Shirley’s Delicatessen as soon as possible on receipt of goods.
Shirley’s Delicatessen will be responsible for:
- Replacing or repairing the damaged or defective products at its cost
- Delivering the replacement products to the customers at its cost.
We do not accept no liability for any loss resulting from the customers failure to comply with the carrier requirements with respect to notification of damage, shortage or non delivery of goods.
